The unit at Coakley Bay was perfect, well-appointed and comfortable, with all the amenities and extras needed for great vacation days on St. Croix - beach chairs, towels, snorkels, even sunscreen! While we found the whole unit comfortable, we especially enjoyed dining on the porch for breakfast, gazing out the slider from bed at night, and relaxing by the pool. David and his team at Genesis Properties were responsive hosts and great communicators.

Home away from home! The property was so inviting and extremely well kept. Very clean, well stocked, and just so serene. The neighbors were very kind and helpful as well. We look forward to staying here again.

This property was incredible. Absolutely gorgeous and having a private pool was very nice. The only problem was Google maps in first day of landing wanted us to go in the "back way" on a dirt road for some reason but that is not the fault of the property. The area is beautiful and the East End of St. Croix feels secluded like a private paradise.

We had an incredible experience at this home in St. Croix. The view was absolutely stunning, and the house itself was beautiful, comfortable, and equipped with every amenity we needed for a relaxing vacation. It was spotless, welcoming, and felt very safe. For everything it offered, the price was more than fair. The location on the East End was wonderfully quiet and peaceful—exactly what we were hoping for. The pool was refreshing, and we loved being surrounded by the island’s gorgeous fauna. The cleaning team was fantastic; they made sure we had everything we needed and were so warm and friendly. The host was just as welcoming, and communication throughout our stay was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend.

An absolutely great property that was perfect for our family. The house is clean and well put together and the views are stunning. We felt it was well located to get to anything on the island, but that driveway is not for the faint of heart! All in all I would definitely suggest this house to anyone visiting the island.

We loved our stay here! The patio overlooks the ocean, and the pool was lovely. There wasn’t a sandy spot for lounging beach and it was pretty rocky so not easy to get in the ocean, but the views and pool made it perfect for us. Plenty of space with a nice large living room to lounge. Kitchen had all the essentials. Would love to go back!

Great trip! Great hosts-accommodating and responsive when needed and otherwise not overbearing with instructions and communication which I very much prefer. Already booked a property for next year. Villa Madeline is always a great spot to stay for me. I lived in the east end of St Croix many years ago and it remains one of my most favorite places. This villa was so well stocked with towels and beach stuff and the kitchen is well equipped with lots of cookware, appliances and utensils which is so important for me even if I’m not cooking a lot. I really appreciate having a nice pan and utensils to even just scramble some eggs in the morning.

We really enjoyed this Condo. The location was GREAT! Right on the beach where you could walk and see sea turtles, even nests, manna rays, and wonderful sunrises. The Condo itself was easy to get to, and once we arrived was just as described. Very spacious for four people, the two bedrooms both had full bathrooms, the living area was large and the kitchen was fine. Everything worked well. The hosts gave me a call a couple days before our arrival with helpful information which was much appreciated. A very nice and restful stay. I definitely recommend this Condo to anyone, but especially good for a family, or like us two couples. The pool was also very nice and well maintained. Perfect for a restful day after arrival.

The condo is very clean, well stocked and breathtaking views. If you forgot something, the host likely has it. It is centrally located, short drive to Christiansted and Fredericksted. Our host was very attentive and left great instructions for things to do around the island. Our honeymoon was amazing!!!
